We are looking for a team oriented individual to join our Facilities Maintenance team as part time handyman/woman. This is a part time position approximately 3-8 hour shifts or possibly 4- 6 hour shifts, depending on the scheduling flexibility of the employee.
This position assists with facilities maintenance/repairs, in addition to providing support for the janitorial staff by performing cleaning duties and covering for shifts when necessary. The schedule for this position is flexible and may require different hours from week to week. The position is responsible for assisting with all Upkeep.com and repair duties including maintaining the interior and exterior of the buildings, identifying the need for repairs, responding to department maintenance requests, and servicing company equipment.
